We study how a real job, request, document, or approval moves through a company. We look for the repeated follow-up, duplicate entry, missing information, and manual checks that slow the work down. Then we build around the tools the team already uses.

Gurnoor “Noor” Natt
Noor leads discovery and workflow mapping at Nido & Key. His work is practical: speak with operators, map what actually happens, and build systems that fit the business instead of forcing the business to fit new software. His background is in computer science at the University of San Francisco.

We spend time with operations-heavy businesses in California’s Central Valley and work from San Francisco as well. The point is not to arrive with a generic automation package. It is to understand one real workflow and decide whether there is a useful, measurable fix.
